Give Your People
Something
Worth Showing Up For.

Real coaching. Real transformations. Delivered live, for your team, your dealers, or your event.

Scott Lollar and Rick Holtz have spent a combined 60+ years running and coaching painting and trade businesses. Bring one of them in to speak, and your audience walks away with something they can use Monday morning... not another hour of theory.

In-Person or Virtual
30 Min to Full-Day Formats
No Speaking Fee... Just Expenses

This Isn't a Sales Pitch With a Microphone.

We're not professional speakers looking for a paycheck. We're coaches who work inside contracting businesses every day... and we bring that directly to your audience.

01

Real Experience, Not Theory

Every topic comes from work we've actually done inside contracting businesses... not a slide deck built by a marketing team who's never run a crew.

02

Built Around Your Event

Tell us how much time you have and who's in the room. We'll shape the session to fit... whether that's a 30-minute lunch-and-learn or a full-day workshop.

03

Low Cost, High Value

We're not in this to make money on speaking fees. We just want to cover our travel and bring value to your audience. That's the whole model.

Two Coaches. One Standard.

Book either speaker individually, or bring both in for a combined session that covers more ground.

We're Not Here to Make Money Speaking.

We're here to add value and meet good people. That keeps the cost low... and the content honest.
