C4C Annual Retreat 2026

Four Days. Real
Breakthroughs.

The room where your business actually changes — because your thinking does.

This isn't a conference. It's a small, intensive gathering of serious contractors who come prepared to do the hard work: honest self-assessment, sharp strategic planning, and unfiltered feedback from peers who've been exactly where you are.

Not a Seminar.
A Working Session.

Every year, a handpicked group of C4C clients converge in Orlando for four full days of deep work. You come prepared with your 2026 review, your SWOT, and your goals. Then the room gets to work — challenging your thinking, filling your blind spots, and helping you build a concrete plan for what's next.

Your peers have been in your shoes. They've navigated the growth plateau, the difficult HR decisions, the cash flow squeezes. That lived experience — combined with C4C coaching perspective — creates something you simply can't get from a course or webinar.

75–90 minutes per member. Unfiltered feedback. Real accountability. You leave with a plan — not just inspiration.

🗣

Your Time in the Hot Seat

Each member gets 75–90 min to present, process, and receive feedback from the group and coaches.

🤝

Peer Advisory at Its Best

Non-competing contractors who understand the business — and don't pull their punches.

🧭

C4C Coach Facilitation

Expert coaches guide each session, push deeper on key issues, and ensure you leave with clarity.

🎯

Universal Hot Topics

Group discussion time on the issues that matter most: hiring, culture, operations, profitability.

This Isn't a Hotel.
It's the Experience.

Every year we rent a spectacular private home that becomes the backdrop for four days of real work, great food, and the kind of conversations that only happen when you're all under the same roof.

🏡

Private Luxury Home

A fully private retreat property in the Reunion Resort area — just minutes from Orlando International Airport.

🍽

Private Chef Evenings

Each evening, a private chef takes over the kitchen. These dinners have become one of the most talked-about highlights of the retreat — incredible food, great company.

🤝

Everyone Under One Roof

Staying together creates a level of connection you can't manufacture in a conference room. The best conversations happen between sessions.

Come Prepared to Go Deep.

Every member comes with their own prepared presentation. Here's the framework we guide you through — though your 75–90 minutes is yours to use as you see fit.

Part 1 · 15–20 min

Your Company Today

Where you've been and what 2026 actually looked like — the good, the bad, and the honest truth.

  • Brief company history & how you got here
  • 2026 revenue snapshot and org chart
  • Overhead staff, services, service area
  • What's working and what isn't
Part 2 · Included

SWOT Analysis

The honest self-assessment that shapes everything else. This is where most owners find their biggest blind spots.

  • Strengths: core competencies & competitive edge
  • Weaknesses: what's holding you back
  • Opportunities: new services, niches, markets
  • Threats: internal and external pressures
Part 3 · 20–30 min

What's Next

Your 1, 3, and 5-year vision — with the specific initiatives and measurable goals to back it up.

  • Revenue goals and what it takes to hit them
  • Key 2027 initiatives with owners assigned
  • Start, Stop, Continue clarity exercise
  • What you lack — and how to close the gap
Part 4 · 20–30 min

Questions from Members

The part that often creates the most value. Your peers dig in — asking the hard questions you might not be asking yourself.

  • Sales process, marketing ROI, close rate
  • HR: staffing, culture, team performance
  • Financial clarity: margins, cash flow, goals
  • Operational systems and accountability gaps

Every Conversation Lives in One of Six Pillars.

The retreat isn't random. It's structured around the same pillars that drive every C4C coaching engagement.

📊

Financial

KPIs, margins, production rates, profitability — running the business by data, not intuition.

⚙️

Operations

Repeatable systems, job tracking, scheduling, and accountability that scale beyond the owner.

🏆

Culture & Values

Leadership standards, team alignment, morale, and retention — culture starts at the top.

📣

Sales & Marketing

Structured sales process, estimating accuracy, brand positioning, and lead conversion.

👥

Human Resources

Hiring right, creating clear roles, improving retention, and building a team that runs itself.

🗂

Administration

Back-office foundations, documentation, workflow, and the details that make or break scaling.

Built for Contractors Who Are Serious.

This retreat is for business owners who come prepared, engage fully, and are ready to give as much as they receive.

You're Ready to Be Honest

About your numbers, your gaps, your team, and what's actually stopping you from hitting your goals.

You're Committed to the Process

You'll show up prepared, engage with every member's session, and ask the hard questions.

You're Done Going It Alone

You understand that being in a room with the right peers — even for four days — can reshape the next 12 months.

What Happens When Serious Owners Get in a Room Together.

"I walked in nervous to present our business — and left with a completely different level of confidence in where we're headed. The kind of honest, high-level feedback you just don't get anywhere else."

"What surprised me most was how transparent everyone is — real data, real struggles, real anxiety. No pretending. Every single year I leave with a short list of immediate action items and a new resolve that I owe my company more. That alone is worth the trip."

MB
Mark Black

"Five or six years straight and I've never once left without something that changed me — personally or professionally. No posturing, no pretending. Just real people being completely honest. If you're on the fence, get off it."

This retreat is intentionally small. The 12-seat cap isn't marketing — it's what makes the experience work. When every person in the room has 75–90 minutes of focused time, group size determines depth. Once seats are gone, they're gone.

💳 Payment Plans Available

We understand investing in a retreat is a real commitment. Payment plans are available for both Early Bird and Standard pricing.

Keep in mind: all payment plans must be paid in full by September 1, 2026. The earlier you register, the smaller your monthly payments. Wait longer and the same balance gets divided over fewer months.

Frequently Asked.

Do I have to be a current C4C coaching client to attend?
The retreat is designed exclusively for business owners. If you're not yet a coaching client but are interested in attending, reach out directly — we'll discuss whether it's a good fit for both parties.
Can I bring someone with me?
You may bring your co-owner for an additional $750. This is a business owners-only event — spouses, key persons, employees, and operations staff are not invited unless they are a co-owner of the business. Maximum 2 people per company.
What's included in the retreat price?
Your registration covers 4 full days at the retreat location, all accommodations, and all meals and snacks throughout the week. Each evening, a private chef prepares dinner for the group — it's become one of the most talked-about parts of the retreat. Airfare and airport transfers are not included and are your responsibility to arrange. The retreat venue is within 20 minutes of Orlando International Airport (MCO) for easy access.
Do I have to do a PowerPoint presentation?
Absolutely not — presenting verbally from organized notes is perfectly fine. Some members prefer slides to stay on track; others present conversationally. The format is up to you. What matters is that you come prepared, organized, and ready to use your 75–90 minutes well.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, transfers, or cancellations. Given the intentionally small group size and the logistics involved in planning a 4-day event, we are unable to make exceptions. Please register only when you are fully committed to attending.
Is a payment plan available?
Yes — payment plans are available for both Early Bird and Standard pricing. All payment plans must be paid in full by September 1, 2026. The earlier you register, the more months you have to spread out the payments. If you register in October, you'll have the full balance due by September — so acting early gives you the most flexibility.
Where exactly is the retreat held?
The retreat is held at a venue within 20 minutes of Orlando International Airport (MCO), making travel simple from anywhere in the country. Specific venue details will be shared with registered attendees. We recommend booking flights to MCO and arranging your own airport transfer or rental car.
