His knowledge in all aspects of running a business, including running a multi-million dollar company, allows Scott to identify and guide business owners to overcome in areas of current weakness or deficiency. Mike Katounas

Mike grew up in Falls Church, VA and has been in the painting business for over 20 years. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina, he moved back home to Northern Virginia in 2001. After painting for several years with his dad, Mike started Home Works Painting in 2005 and has grown it into a $2,000,000 a year business.

In his spare time, Mike hits the gym and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife, Jackie, and children, Kayla and Tyler. And whenever there’s an opportunity, he always loves to catch a game (live or on TV), no matter what the sport is.

Mike is data driven and very organized and methodical in his approach to business. He is the C4C expert on processes and technology including sales process and operational management using the C4C preferred tech stack; Online schedulers (YCBM, Acuity, Calendly), QBO, Mailchimp, Paint Scout, and Monday.Com.
