For 10 years, he has been working with others to scale their companies achieving rapid growth and operational efficiency. His knowledge in all aspects of running a business, including running a multi-million dollar company, allows Scott to identify and guide business owners to overcome in areas of current weakness or deficiency. Scott specializes in companies trying to break the $1,000,000 barrier and beyond.
Sandra is an Operations Assistant to Scott and a Client Support Specialist at Consulting4Contractors. With a knack for solving technical challenges, she helps clients navigate and optimize their Monday.com accounts, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient operations.
Drawing from her experience as the former owner of a painting company, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge in back-office management and marketing. Her ability to stay highly organized, communicates effectively, and tackle problems head-on makes her an invaluable resource to both the team and the clients she supports.

Rick Holtz is the owner of H.J. Holtz & Son Painting, Wallpapering, Carpentry and Decorative Finishes in Richmond, VA. As the third generation owner, Rick has expanded the company’s services and guided its substantial growth to over $5 million dollars in revenue with 60 employees.
Rick has become an expert on the vision and leadership required to grow a company in an organized and planned way. His efforts to partner with local designers and invest in training and development for his staff have propelled the company to become the preferred contractor for unique and challenging projects in the Richmond area and beyond.
Rick joined C4C as a coach in January of 2023 and is available for on-demand coaching sessions. Rick’s passion is guiding owners toward scaling their company to multimillion dollar revenues.
